3. Quotation, Order & Payment Terms
3.1 All product prices displayed on https://osrcgarage.com (Link) are quoted in US Dollars by default, excluding international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local clearance charges of the destination country. All cross-border tax and logistics expenses shall be undertaken by the User/buyer unless a written supplementary agreement signed by both parties confirms OSRC bears partial costs.
3.2 A website product listing does not constitute a legally binding sales contract. A formal order is only confirmed valid after we issue a proforma invoice (PI) and receive full or agreed deposit payment from the User. 4. Shipping, Customs Clearance & Export Liability
4.1 Two delivery modes are available for all orders: sea freight via designated freight forwarders or express courier shipment. As drone core components (flight controllers, GPS, VTX, remote transmitters) fall under sensitive export commodities with increasingly strict customs supervision, full formal export declaration documents are mandatory for sea shipment. If the carrier or customs authority rejects shipment due to incomplete supporting technical materials, we reserve the right to switch the order to express delivery, and the additional express cost shall be borne by the User.
4.2 We will arrange shipment within the agreed lead time after full payment is received, and send complete shipping documents (packing list, commercial invoice, delivery tracking number) to Users prior to shipment for pre-verification as requested. 4.3 Once goods leave our warehouse, the risk of loss, damage or delay transfers fully to the User. 5. Product Quality, Returns & After-Sales Policy
5.1 All RC products sold by OSRC undergo strict factory quality inspection before delivery. We guarantee normal civilian hobby use performance consistent with published product specifications. Visual damage, missing accessories or functional defects caused by factory production errors must be reported to us with photos/videos within 7 calendar days after the User receives the parcel.
5.2 Returns or exchanges are only accepted for factory defective items confirmed by our technical team. Users shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees for return goods. Custom-modified plugs, disassembled circuit boards, damaged housings and goods damaged by improper user operation, wrong wiring or crash impact are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
5.3 We provide free remote technical guidance for product installation, wiring matching and parameter debugging via email or online chat. However, we do not provide on-site overseas maintenance services.
